Last night we held our Candidates Forum for district M-01 House of Representatives. It was a fantastic event and I would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to put it together. If you were unable to attend and have a facebook account, you can watch a video of the event here:

NOTES FROM INDIVISIBLE "WHAT'S THE PLAN?" NATIONAL MEETING (3-19-26):
1) This week's meeting was mostly about No Kings Day. A lot of the discussion was about using it as an opportunity to get people involved with Indivisible. If people are curious, we should ask them to sign up for our email list.
2) Leah G and Ezra gave some great advice in response to a question about calling and emailing reps. They said you should only call or email about one issue at a time because the admin recording the information will probably just be adding you to a pro/con list. There's no need to explain your reasoning for being for or against something because they either already agree with you or don't care...what they DO care about is finding out what their constituents (aka voters) want

THREE-MINUTE CALL TO ACTION:
Download the 5 Calls app! Here’s the link for iPhone users, but I assume there’s a Droid version as well.
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/5-calls-contact-your-congress/id1202558609
This is an amazing tool...it connects you directly to your Rep and Senators and gives you scripts for five current issues that you can contact them about.
If you already have the app, your call to action for this week is to make one of those calls
